About Gill ...

Declutter Dahling was born from founder Gill Ritchie’s lifelong love of organisation, clever storage solutions and creating calm, functional homes where everything has its place.
After years of helping friends and family tame clutter — alongside mastering the art of city living in compact apartments — Gill realised that thoughtful organisation has the power to make everyday life feel lighter, easier and far less stressful.
Now, with over 12 years in business and as a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO), Gill has become known for transforming busy kitchens, overflowing wardrobes and home offices filled with paperwork into beautifully organised spaces that genuinely work for the people living in them. Working with busy professionals and families alike, her approach combines practicality with style, helping clients create homes that feel calmer, more streamlined and easier to maintain.
Before launching Declutter Dahling, Gill built a successful career in marketing project management — experience that still shapes the organised, efficient and supportive way she works today. A business school graduate, Gill later retrained in Interior & Spatial Design at Chelsea College of Arts, bringing an eye for interiors, flow and functionality to every project.
Gill also incorporates principles of Feng Shui into her work, carefully considering room layout, balance and flow to ensure spaces not only look organised, but feel comfortable, intuitive and easy to live in.
